What is CBD?

Cannabidiol (CBD) is an organic compound that comes from the leaves, stalks, and flowers of industrial hemp or cannabis plants.

It is the most widely accepted, non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in cannabis.

CBD oil should NOT be confused with marijuana even though they both come from cannabis; we extract the CBD oil contained in Arcanna products from industrial hemp.

Is CBD oil legal?

CBD oil, industrial hemp, and other hemp-derived products are perfectly legal to be used and sold within the United States. However, you should be familiar with your local laws as they can vary from state to state.

On December 20, 2018 the U.S. Congress passed and signed into law the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018. This act redefined the definition of hemp and now allows legal sales of hemp and its derived products across the U.S. 

Do your products contain THC?

Our products made from CBD isolate are guaranteed to contain 0.0% THC. This includes our hemp oils, vape oils, gummi bears, lollipops, capsules, and creams.

How much CBD should I take?

Everyone is different. There are many variables such as body weight, height, diet, metabolism, and more that make individual dosing difficult. If you are new to CBD, we suggest starting with the lowest CBD dosage and gradually increasing the dose until you achieve the desired results.

What about Delta 8 THC?

Delta 8 THC is a new cannabinoid that gives euphoric effects when consumed, similar to cannabis flower. Delta 8 THC is legal in all 50 states because it is derived from the hemp plant.

These products cannot be sold to anyone under the age of 21.

This does not change the legality of Δ9-THC; it is still illegal in most states.
